Wie man Hühner Arroz Caldo zubereitet

Arroz Caldo or “goto” is the Filipino version of congee or porridge. This is made from cooking rice with broth to achieve a thicker soup consistency.

In this recipe, I added shredded chicken breasts and gizzard. You can also add tripe, pig intestine and other types of meat of preference.
