Dumaguete is located on an Island south of Cebu where we spent 2 days relaxing. This is where we went to the Manjuyod sand bar, you have to get here early before 8am otherwise the tide rises over the sand. You can also go dolphin watching before hand if you arrive as early as 6am but unfortunately, when we went there were none to be seen.
