Die Knusperhäuschen vom Pahiyas Festival
Pahiyas is a festival at Lucban, Quezon.
The feast is a thanksgiving for bounty harvest to their Patron Saint, San Isidore Labrador, the farmer.
The locals then decorate their houses in colorful variations of different, fruits, vegetables, flowers and much more.
“Kiping”, leaf-shaped and multi-colored rice paste wafer are well known to this place!
The wonderful execution of this feast every year has gained national and international recognition.
