Ginataang suso -Schnecken in Kokosmilch

This isn’t something you see in the inland cities. Luckily, Richelle’s hometown of Dumanjug, Cebu in the Philippines is a coastal town, which means lots of seafood – some of which, like snails, are kinda weird to us city slickers but they are really great served with rice. It’s just a bit hard to get them out of the shells though. Maybe we should have ask her later to make a video of how they eat it. 🙂
