Balut! Philippinen : Vietnam
For millions of years different countries throughout Southeast Asia have eaten fertilzed duck egg, but not until now are we able to compare two duck lovers, each in their home turf.
In the Philippines they call it Balut and in Vietnam, it’s known as hột vịt lộn.
Today I try both as they go head to head leaving you to decide which is best.
